A visual guide to encourage children to eat well and keep moving, created by nutrition experts
It's often a real challenge to get kids to make good choices these days so The Kid’s Healthy Eating Plate is a really useful visual guide to help educate and encourage children not only to eat well but also to keep moving.
This was created by nutrition experts at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health as a way to engage children around the topics of good, healthy food choices and the necessity to stay active as well.

The Kid’s Plate reflects the same important messages as the Healthy Eating Plate, which makes the transition from childhood habits to adulthood easy, simple and effective.
