The benefits of working out in a group
In an article for Valet magazine Jordan Taylor writes that while Group Fitness isn't a new concept, it has certainly seen a massive upswing over the last decade or so with rapidly rising numbers in spin cycling, yoga and dance classes.
After taking a substantial dip during the early days of the pandemic, the trend is making a comeback because it makes such a big difference in our overall health.
