What is yogame™ | classic?

yogame™ | classic is different to the other yogame™  class products.

 

It’s a more conventional yoga experience - awareness based, taught without music in an integrated style. More practice orientated, it offers different challenges through a functional, practical approach to exercise sequencing, focusing on participant skill & knowledge.

yogame™ | classic is the most demanding of all our classes but is still built around the yogame™ format of class blocks, offering the same reassurance of thoughtful and high quality class design leading to expert delivery. Challenging but
do-able

 

What to expect from your class?

Every yogame™ | classic class is made up of three exercise Blocks which the Instructor changes out from class to class to ensure each of your workouts is familiar yet different. The format is the same as yogame™ | sport and yogame™ | active but here the exercises are more challenging and there is no music, with more of a ‘practice’ focus. Classes are 75 minutes

 

What do I need for my workout?

  • Comfy clothes that allow you to move easily – perhaps a spare top for Relaxation 

  • Bare feet – but use footwear to & from class 

  • A drink bottle – with a drink!

  • Maybe your own yoga mat – club dependent

  • A sweat towel

 

How often can I go?

To see results it's generally accepted that you need to attend two to three times a week & then it simply depends on your goals and personal schedule. As this is a more advanced style please remember to have adequate recovery time
