Kettlebells are much more than a fitness fad, as this activity is much like the types of movements one would expect to experience in daily life.
Because there are so many fitness fads out there it's often very hard to know which are really effective and those which are not.
Even though kettlebells have been around for hundreds of years in Russia they have only recently gained currency in the West as an effective workout tool.
The great people over at ACE investigated kettlebells more closely by enlisting researchers at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse’s Department of Exercise and Sport Science to conduct a full-fledged training study - and proclaimed them to be extremely effective!
