New Study Confirms That Coconut Oil Is Alarmingly High In Saturated Fat

“You can put it on your body, but don’t put it in your body.”

A recent report released by the American Heart Association shows that many Americans consider coconut oil to be healthy but in reality, it is shockingly high in saturated fat - which is no good for you however you look at it.  

The AHA reviewed existing data on saturated fats and found that in seven out of eight studies, coconut oil actually increased LDL cholesterol ― the bad cholesterol ― which is a cause of cardiovascular disease.
